"Big Sky Pioneer . . ."   Licensed as a real estate salesperson by the State of Montana since 1977, Katie was here in the early days when the original stockholders like Chrysler, Montana Power, Northwest Airlines and Burlington Northern owned the resort.   Katie was lured to Big Sky by the NBC anchorman Chet Huntley who spoke about Big Sky on his nightly news casts.   Katie visited Big Sky in 1975, then moved from New York where she was born and raised and received a bachelor's degree in business from Pace University in New York City.
